Limited Lifetime Warranty Information
Every piece of furniture is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty which protects your for a lifetime against manufacturers defects on the hardwood frame and suspension system. Our European leathers are covered for 5 years against defective dye-lots, cracking and peeling. (Please see below for recommended leather cleaners and conditioners.)
Delivery & Shipping Information
Delivery time will normally be between 2-4 weeks. Once your order is completed, we will contact you and give you shipping information. All shipments are insured and will be available for inside residential delivery if you should choose this option.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please remember that all of our furniture is custom made, therefore, we do not stock any furniture in warehouses. Because of this, we do not accept any cancellations once the leather has been cut for your order. Please take the time to make your decision carefully.
Refunds will be given only in the instance of mistakes of color, leather or placement made by the manufacturing factory.
